I’m the owner and passionate photographer behind The Garage Studio brand. As a Mum to two gorgeous and creatively, mischievous children, I understand that your children can be your greatest cause of stress and achievement all rolled into one.

Here are a few pearls of wisdom that I’ve gathered as a woman, wife, mother and business owner. It’s ok not to be ok 100% of the time, travel feeds the soul like no other adventure, you have to dance in the rain and eat ice cream from the tub whenever you can, and it’s ok to go back to bed after school drop off.

Lastly and most importantly, when the memories fade it is always the photographs that help us remember the ones we loved and lost.

Exist in photographs now, just as you are, for who you are and for your family.

Studio Manager

I started in this role in October 2015. Under the guidance of Fiona, I am learning all about the world of photography. I have been lucky enough to experience a photography experience here at The Garage Studio and it has totally changed my ideas about ‘Wall Art’. I recommend it to everyone now, a must for all to do to capture this time of your life with family, friends and pets.

I have two wonderful boys in primary school and a husband that travels what seems all the time. Once again reminding me of the importance of his photo on the wall!

I have a background in event management and office administration and hope in this new role, to be able to help Fiona grow and support her business.

I spend most of my free time volunteering for HomeGrown Promotions Inc as the treasurer for events such as ‘Market on the Green’ and ‘Sunbury Street Life’.

Kylie

Graphic Designer

Well hello there, I’m Kylie! Over the past 15 years, I have worked closely with many clients to facilitate and deliver creative solutions for both print and web. Now I bring my technical knowledge and creative flair to The Garage Studio Team, where I get to pair layouts, designs, colours and fonts with Fiona’s beautiful photography! As well as looking after TGS’s print needs, I’ll also be looking after the team’s social media sites and the website.

Based in Sunbury, I share a home with my amazing other half, Nik, three lovely children and two very loud budgies. At the end of a busy day, you’ll either find me curled up on the couch with a book and a cup of tea, watching my latest nerdy series on TV or trying to master crochet.

I love the challenge of learning new things and being inspired by clever, creative people.
